A thorough wax but not great overall experience. There are a couple of points about the experience I would suggest change:
- My therapist was 10mins late to start my appointment.
- It's obvious that the staff are not very happy from the chatter in the salon. It was more evident during my treatment. love chatting with a therapist but to dive straight in with work complaints was a little unprofessional
- The towel used to cover me had been used a few times before. There was a lot of hair on it. Please change the towel after every client.
- As a general rule, I prefer visiting a salon that doesn't double dip their spatula. Although some people don't mind, this is something I would be a policy I would like to see implemented
This Saturday, I had an amazing waxing treatment given by Chelsea. She is a rock star. Elena is a fantastic beautician as well. Love this salon!

Was ok but I wouldn't go back. They charged me 10 £ for shellac removal just because the appointment was with treatwell but I paid with my card so then why do I have to pay 10 instead of 5 when I paid with my debit card and not with a tteatwell voucher. I guess if you want to have customers come back again sometimes you have to have some understanding and think out of the box so that the customers leave happy and think to come back again because you showed understanding. Ps my appointment with treawell was for shellac pedicure so forgot I have to add the removal of the shellac I had before.
