Unfortunately, I didn't have a great experience here. I booked to go right before a holiday for a gel manicure and pedicure, having read all the great reviews.
My pedicure consisted of soaking my feet for 20 minutes in cool water and was constantly disrupted as my pedicurist was both doing my feet and handling the front desk (payments, people walking in). I paid extra for an hour treatment and ended up sitting by myself for 30 minutes of it.
The staff were constantly checking their phones and the clock. They were discussing out loud how much longer they had to be there working/when their shift would end. It was very obvious that a certain amount of time was given to each client, and if a manicurist finished an appointment early - they could go home early.
During my manicure, my manicurist didn't file my nails until I had to ask. The application on both my hands and feet was poor and did not last long. It had lumps in it and my cuticles/skin were not dealt with properly.
Would have loved to give a good review but unfortunately did not have a great experience!

Nice small business with pleasant staff. Therapist gave friendly advice about nails.
Amazing treatment. Incredibly professional and chilled out environment. My nails looks awesome - best in London by far.
