painless and looks great! Aside from the salon being super quiet (like a library) which was slightly awkward for me as I am a bubbly person, it was lovely. For anyone discussing personal issues in the wax room, anyone out in the general salon can arrange you. This may make anyone feel really uncomfortable.

Not very impressed unfortunately - my manicurist seemed completely disinterested in my nails and rushed the job - final outcome is okay but wasn't the most enjoyable experience.
