Overall pleasant experience.
The last few times I have been to the salon the appointments were running late by up to 40 minutes. This is really not helpful when you’re popping in between meetings during your working day.
I’d also like to make a suggestion - could you please update your booking system to include names of the nail tech so you can see who you are booking in with please? Generally people prefer to have the same nail tech each time.
