Extremely disappointed with this visit.
I have been going every two weeks since July 25. I booked Kozhin. When I arrived Kozhin clearly had just started someone else’s nails. Greeted by Trang and offered a drink all good. Trang starts my nails but 10 mins later her friend arrives needing a repair. Trang stops mine and then spends 25 mins doing her nails! I just sit there listening to them chatting! If I still had polish I would have left. I was annoyed, I will not return

It was my first visit. The atmosphere was friendly, The quality of the treatment was spot on. The owner therapist was quick & efficient resulting in a great outcome. She even managed to fit me in for a pedicure too. Thanks.
