sister elderly mother and I go for biab removal and application first visit was excellent but last time was a disaster horrible results on all 3 of us.this time we got a new lady nini who was absolutely incredible and restored our faith in the salon.

I had initially paid £64 for BIAB which was described on treat well as removal and application with cat eye gel. When I got there however they informed me that I had to pay an additional £15 for removal which would have meant nearly £80 for BIAB! The team were unhelpful but EVENTUALLY agreed to give me a basic BAB and not cat eye like I had originally paid for. It wasn't a welcoming environment and my nails are not done to a high standard. Absolute rip off - I won't be going back!!

The best eyelash extensions I’ve had ever! Exactly how I wanted them, they feel light and natural. Lash technician was also very kind and talented. Will definitely come back.
