Seher was great. She is thorough and detail-oriented, demonstrating these strengths by walking me through the process of what she has to do to achieve the look I was envisioning. She even did a patch test beforehand to ensure my hair would actually change to the colour I wanted, and to make sure I wasn't sensitive to an allergic reaction. She's approachable and down to earth too. I will be back!
