The eyebrow wax was very good, finished off with threading that meant a good finish. But I wasn't asked what I wanted doing before the wax was started so I had concerns more would be removed than I'd wanted

The massage itself was great, I felt so relaxed after. Unfortunately a member of staff was working in the office nextdoor with their phone on loud, so I was disturbed a few times by their phone going off / loud conversations on their phone. Though I guess that's why a proper spa experience is more relaxing
