I was let down by Totton Nails, I’d booked an 11am apt for a mani & pedi in readiness for my holiday. The salon wasn’t open, there were 3 girls also with an 11 am apt, the owner arrived at 11:10 & had no intention of seeing me.
What a difference an alternative salon makes, I walked down to Shemas just to enquire, they fitted me in for a luxury pedicure within the hour, such a relaxing experience and Deep was lovely, I returned today to have a Biab French polish and I’m delighted with the result
