My facial wax was very rough. It was very obvious that the lady that did my treatment was not trained well for facial waxing and just waxed it like any other part of the body. Large waxing strips were used and some skin on my chin was pulled off so I can a little scare for a while. Would definitely not have a face wax here or anything face related as it doesn’t seem that there is an awareness of difference in the skin at different parts of the body.

The salon was so lovely and friendly, and my treatment was well done - would have liked a bit more of a 'lift' to my lashes, but can't flaw the salon and the people that worked there - was an amazing, relaxing experience.

The service was very nice, seemed like they done a great job at the salon, the manicure looked great under their light, however everything was just about to start. At the beginning I was told that they will charge me £4 more for the removal, what I agreed on, however they charged me £20 more then supposed to, telling me that this is the price for hard gel removal ( I understand it took longer to remove my nails, but nobody mentioned that price will increase). I left and had a look at my nails under the normal light and OH MY GOD I feel like I need to make another manicure appointment elsewhere now.
