Booked in for gel removal which they couldn’t do properly as they don’t use electric tools. Not only that but it was painful they cut me twice. They then gave me a shellac which chipped the day after!! The staff and manager were not very pleasant and then they only gave me the Treatwell discount on the gel removal not on the whole treatment. Finally they were really pushy for a review at the end after an awful experience. £40 down the drain I still can’t believe my nails lasted one day!
