The stylist was so rude. There was no communication whatsoever about my requirement. She pulled my eyelashes a few times (was very painful! But I was trying to be polite not to scream), but she didn't apologise or say anything at all. There are lumps of glue here and there, as well as a couple eye lashes on my eyelid. Overall, rude service and poor skills at extension.
