The lady who performed the treatment was very polite and sweet. All the tools used were clean. The result was good but I feel that the buffing could have been more thorough. All in all a good experience

The staff were amazing and the room was lovely and made me feel very comfortable, the only reason for not 5 stars is unfortunately the lashes didn't even last 5 days, but looked fantastic while they were on.
