I couldn't add in the cost of a removal of shellac to the order so asked them when I got there and they charged me £15 - a ridiculous amount and much more expensive than anywhere else. Having already paid for my manicure, I had no choice but to pay the exorbitant price. The manicure was mediocre.

Absolutely appalling. The worst wax I’ve ever had. Eventually I had to ask the therapist to stop because I couldn’t take any more. I had to leave with some wax still on me, bleeding.
