The staff is lovely there but my gel manicure was clumsy around the edges. Also, it’s really dark downstairs where the manicure stations are and a blue light makes all the colors look very different than they are in daylight.

To be honest I was disappointed. Didn’t feel like the beautician knew what she was doing. They kept walking in and out of the room while swapping wax pots, not great for an intimate wax. Didn’t feel like a good job was done. Won’t be going back.
