Had I not prepaid I'd have walked out - a grubby, dirty floor with hair all over it is not a great sign first thing in the morning. Ditto the tatty rug with wax trampled in it. Wax was a pretty painful one, as the therapist didn't hold my skin taut when ripping the wax off. I won't be returning.

I was in the salon for half an hour for my wax, which is a bit longer than usual. However the therapist was thorough and the wax was as painless as possible.
