Seriously one of the worst experiences of my life and a treatment that did absolutely nothing as I’m fairly sure they were missing half the product. Changed the appointment time 5 mins before as they were running late - didn’t even contact me just changed the time on treatwell. Waited half an hour in the freezing cold for someone to turn up to open the salon (had another appointment booked straight after). The lady was really rude when I explained the inconvenience. About 10 mins through my appointment she started looking for something. Her colleague then came in and started looking for it. I’m fairly sure it was part of the treatment which they never found. I took a picture while they were out of the room and I did not have the same products on both eyes(completely different colours). The treatment was half the length of time it should have been - there should have been a step 1 and 2. And after all of that the woman that was really rude said “due to the inconvenience we will give you 20%off”. I paid because I didn’t want to deal with her rudeness again. When I went home my lashes were still stuck straight which has never happened after I have had a proper lash perm. Avoid this salon at ALL COSTS. Such a con and one of the worst experiences of my life.
