This was neither relaxing spa day feeling nor a quick mani/pedi experience. The pedicurist shaped my nails round when clearly they have been done square in the past, without asking me!!! In the manicure, the nail polish application itself was done well but my fingers were left with many cuticles not dealt with and no hand lotion as any part of the process which was bizarre. Would not go back there.
