I booked an express pedicure, at the salon they mentioned that it's basic and i asked if they can make it a full pedi then. They were ok with it but the additional charge was twice what I already paid.
I told the receptionist about my disappointment, I would appreciate it if they were more upfront about the costs. One additional comment, when I arrived at the salon, I was not treated friendly, I felt almost a little in the way.

This was neither relaxing spa day feeling nor a quick mani/pedi experience. The pedicurist shaped my nails round when clearly they have been done square in the past, without asking me!!! In the manicure, the nail polish application itself was done well but my fingers were left with many cuticles not dealt with and no hand lotion as any part of the process which was bizarre.
Would not go back there.
