Lovely manicure, thought I booked regular shellac, apparently I booked an express. Upon checking the listing on treatwell nowhere does it say express shellac. The salon should check their info here, I would've appreciated a cuticle trim. thank you

The wax was not very thorough and the temperature of the hot wax was scolding. I’ve had many waxes in the past and the wax should t have been that hot. It also was quite painful, but I am pregnant so appreciate I am likely more sensitive than usual.
