Not great. Therapist didn’t leave the remover on my nails for long enough so then had to scrape with a lot of force which was painful. I had to say, “let’s leave it on longer”. Ok job eventually. Also took closer to 30 mins not 15 mins as advertised. Unlikely to go back.
