Ease of booking was fantastic. Nail tech was super sweet. All else was a disaster. I arrived at 6:42 for a 6:45 appointment and they claimed it was at 7:15 (I had proof of booking). Then I got an email time stamped 6:42 for an appointment timing change while I was already there! On top of it they tried to charge me 15 pounds at the end for gel soak off after making me wait >20 min but made it 10 pounds after I complained that was excessive. I was going to leave a generous tip but this surprise charge ate up my budget. My thumb nail is already chipped 2 days after gel mani. I wanted to like this venue but had a very bad experience. So happy with my nails, I was being a pain asking and changed my mind last min. Nail tech couldn’t have been nicer and has saved my nails after last dodgy treatment elsewhere - will definitely be back.

It was an OK manicure. I can't say it is significantly better than the other salons but not too bad either.
