The ambiance was amazing but the trainee therapist hurt my nails by filing them too hard and my shellac chipped less than a week after I had it done.

I have had my legs waxed here twice as the place I usually go to did a poor job twice in a row. Both times the waxing has been very good. So I sent my husband to get his back waxed, but he came back with a sore and itchy back with red welts that looked like burn marks. The wax must have been far too hot and burned him. His back is now peeling 3 days after the treatment, and is still itchy and I comfortable.
