What a horrible experience! Went for a hollywood wax and the lady would not wait for the hot wax to settle and she kept peeling my skin. She then started cutting the wax with scissors and I could feel the scissors poking into my skin even after I told her this she ignored me. Once she finished the hollywood she said "finally!" which i thought was really rude. I then paid another £10 extra to get my bum cheeks waxed and she didnt even do it! I asked her if she had done it and she said "yes" stupidly I trusted her. I have now gone home and im bleeding and swollen, and my bum cheeks have not been waxed! I have paid for a terrible experience and have now been harmed in the process. I expect my money back.
