The salon delayed the appointment by 15 mins but only emailed me this after I had arrived for the original time - no-one said sorry for the delay.
The therapist didn't dye my lower eyelashes very well. Sometimes the therapist gives me a hand or head massage while the eyelash dye is setting - this lady just left the room.
Normally it is very good and prompt - obviously eveyone was just having an off-day!
