I was 5 mins late to the booking but I tried to call and pre-warn them. They then called me back and were a little bit rude telling me they'd have to cut my massage short because the therapist had another booking straight after.
She did finish on the allotted time but then went and sat in reception for another 10 mins after the massage had finished.
So that did slight upset me because I didn't mean to be late and did try and ring ahead.
Other than that lovely massage + a lovely lady
