The spa very very clean and inviting. My therapist Lucy was lovely. She asked lots of questions about my needs/focus points and followed all directions given. She was very friendly and easy to talk to. She answered all my questions about products and techniques used. The full body massage which she gave me was very relaxing and the facial really made a difference to my skin. The treatment room had a lovely fragrance and was very warm with calming background music. The massage bed was very comfy!
