The manicure was great but was disappointed with the deep tissue massage. Straight away I was asked if I would like to book in other treatments before I even entered the treatment room. I also specifically said I needed focus on the lower back, but the therapist said she wanted to focus on my upper back, so the area I wanted tension released from wasn’t touched. Partially my fault as I should have reiterated this during the massage, but as a customer I should have been listened to.
