I wasn’t quite sure about the level of service I would receive for my pedicure and I thought that I would have my heels rubbed down to lose any dryskin.
This would’ve been the perfect opportunity to upgrade my pedicure by explaining exactly what I had bought and what I could pay for if I wanted to. Maybe think about that with your other customers if you want to upgrade the service

Absolutely lovely massage. The therapist was especially good at working out tensions and was responsive to my body reacting to tender areas. The only negative was that the bed was a bit wobbly so it shook a bit as she worked across my back
