Well, where do I start? Very welcoming ladies first of all and Liset saw to me immediately, so no hanging around. She kindly asked what my problem areas were and explained how the facial would work. The facial itself was fantastic. So soothing and she would let me know what to expect sensation-wise (warm, cold etc) and she applied just the right pressure. The facial also lasted for the duration I’d booked for (45 mins) I would also like to mention the very kind lady in reception :) Thank you!

Some of the staff were friendly upon arrival. Lady who did my wax wasn’t very welcoming and the wax experience wasn’t comforting, came home and there was still a few hairs left had to remove them myself.
