Great facial with Swee - she is lovely and so knowledgeable, providing me with lots of advice always. Thank you!

Unfortunately I have to leave a negative review for my facial. I booked with my favourite therapist and I not only discovered she was double booked but they sent me across the road to a different venue which wasn’t near the standard of Secret Oasis. When I spoke to the manager to express my disappointment he did nothing to help, he just said to book on the phone instead of using Treatwell, which obviously has a different price. Sad to see such a poor customer service from management.
