My massage with Liset was (as always) amazing. My pedicure, however, was disappointing. This is the second time at Secret Oasis where the therapist has cut my cuticles to the point where they bleed. What is upsetting is that the therapist did not even acknowledge this, let alone apologise - she continued as if to pretend that nothing had happened and I hadn’t noticed. My toe was sore for days afterwards. Disappointing as I am a regular here and standards are usually high.

Alba is amazing and the place is clean etc I always go there. But the footsteps above your head while you are trying to relax is bad. They need proper sound proofing
