I wasn’t quite sure about the level of service I would receive for my pedicure and I thought that I would have my heels rubbed down to lose any dryskin. This would’ve been the perfect opportunity to upgrade my pedicure by explaining exactly what I had bought and what I could pay for if I wanted to. Maybe think about that with your other customers if you want to upgrade the service
