Had such a wonderful experience withAlina for a classic facial. First time getting a facial and she explained my skin type and went through my skin concerns with me before recommending the best treatments. The facial was so relaxing and felt very luxurious.

I booked for two treatments in this spa
I waited 10 mins by the door and there’s no one. Saw a women by the sofa, thinking it was a customer but turns out she works there. I’m standing there and can’t be bother to serve me ?!
Massage : less communication with the customer. She didn’t ask me about pressure. She might thinks that I’m young and just do it casually.
When leaving, the receptionist didn’t even say anything. Probably sees me as a different race and can’t speak english ??
