I booked a pampering day and it was great. All the treatments from body scrub, massage and facial were really good. The therapist Is super professional - we had a few minutes chat about what I like and was expecting. She listen carefully and did a superb job. My only negative is that the room at the new place is tiny and it looks clinical - not as welcoming. It was good that all treatments were in one place as I hear sometimes facials are in the new place and other treatments across the street.

I did not enjoy the experience at all. At the last moment the therapist I knew was changed which was disappointing. I still graciously accepted a different one. The treatment was not the same I have had before which has been beautiful from beginning to end. I particularly disliked the therapist talking none stop and trying to sell hydra facial, laser treatments, all while doing a super oily not enjoyable face massage and worse rushed hand massage. At some point I had to ask for quiet!
