Ok I wasn’t going to mention this but now I have no choice. This was my first time coming here for lash extensions and my experience overall was just horrible. My natural lashes has literally broken off and the lashes that the tech done is just clumped up. My natural lashes were long and thick but I always got lash extensions to fill in the gaps but after her my lashes are just gone. She burned my eye and managed to get my eyelids stuck together where she had to use scissors to separate it

Lovely therapist but when they put the mask on you they shouldn’t just leave you there. Other salons give a head or hand massage
