I have been at Secret Oasis Spa before for facials, and it's always been great. This time, the appointment was for shellac removal, and the service was great; however, I was surprised that the service didn't include cutting the nails.
This is the first time that I've been to a shellac removal appointment that hasn't included that basic last step. They told me that it had an extra cost if I wanted it, which I found ridiculous. Although the service is good, I don't think it's worth the cost.
