Nice massage,however the therapist took off my necklace-a priceless gold family heirloom that was left on the massage bed and never found.
Not very helpful when I called to check if they found it,promissed to call me back the next day…never did...

Products were too harsh and removed with a dry tissue which was very uncomfortable. Music only turned on halfway through and therapist clearly hadn’t read the form I filled in before. Face remains very red and sensitive over 24 hours later.
