DON'T BOOK!- Was a surprise for my mother's birthday. Booked because it included scalp & foot massage but neither was provided so my mother was just lying there. The spa admitted that this was a case of false advertisement but I'm also uncertain if my mother not knowing what the treatment was the reason. Refused the free 30min massage as we travelled over an hour and a half each way for this and 30 mins is too short. Spa refused full/partial refund. Worst standard of service I've had at a spa.
