Had a shellac manicure. I think the therapist got annoyed at me as I asked for a shape and length at start. She did one nail which was too long and not right shape I said can you do xyz please and she looked annoyed! Unsure why as I said please! Nails now wrong shape and all stubs with skin showing not what I wanted. Also 3 nails after one day chipped and left with bubbles on one as not cured correctly. Was not in the mindset to challenge after the appointment.
