The massage was ok but she didn’t do my neck. the waxing was awful. I flagged my hormone patch which I have to wear 24/7 and is prescribed from by doctor and very costly, to avoid that area, and she completely disregarded it and poured wax on it and pulled it off. I was very upset explaining this to her and the woman at the front desk. The lack of sensitivity in the severity of the issue was incredibly upsetting as was explaining again and again she did not seem to understand and gaslit me.
