Cancelled on me less than two hours before the session, called three times wihiout leaving a messaged then email 30 mins before when I was already there. Had to ask permission to refund which then took 3-5 days.

I came here for three treatments total (mani and pedi I ended up adding on seperately) the mani- sadly only lasted about three days the gel. It was not done with much care.
My pedicure, was actually phenomenal- so I have to call out that the gentleman who helped me, he was incredible.
I will add that the front desk woman was lovely.
My facialist - it was a good facial but she was upselling me every 2 mins and I couldn’t relax
Massage - I wasn’t expecting a male masseuse
