I had an appointment for waxing and Swee made you feel comfortable and relaxed talkative and was professional in doing her job. I would definitely have future appointments with her again.

The wax pots are extremely dirty, the music during my treatment was anything but relaxing (playlist to be reviewed) and the sound system kept popping up which was quite annoying. Nevertheless, the waxing went well and I'm satisfied with the result!
