I've been here lots. Usually great but this was disappointing. Started late and rushed. It was gross having to walk barefoot across a dirty floor afterwards to sit in an uncomfortable, cold chair for nails to try - no need as the pedicure chair empty

Experience was good, clean manicure although some miscommunication with the colour I wanted, was too late to change by the time I realised she had put black rather than a dark brown
