Had an amazing 2 hour deep tissue massage here few weeks ago; my first impressions of the place was great so I decided to go back.
Last time I was here I arrived early as advised but still waited about 10 minutes into when my treatment booking time before I was led to the treatment room. My treatment however still ended on the dot to the planned time from the booking so I guess I lost out a bit...
This time I arrived early too for upper lips threading and still had to wait 10 minutes into after my booking time had started to have my treatment... the treatment room for threading was way too dark, after my therapist was done she asked to to check if I’m happy and I had to go move to a source of light to see that there’s still hair to be removed. She re threaded the area and I left. I just got home and there’s still strays I’d have to pluck off myself. This has never happened at Blink so I think I will leave any type of brow and upper lips threading to them rather than coming here again. Highly recommend the massages here - but please the staff needs to adhere to your booking times and be more organised. Why ask customers to arrive earlier when you’ll be late for the treatment so they’re waiting around for ages anyways...
