Lovely staff, but unfortunately experience wasn't relaxing at all. I might have read too much into the Spa part of the name! The treatment room had no music/candles/ambience, just a really bright light overhead and the sound of traffic outside. The shower facilities could definitely do with an upgrade. My nails were painted well, but I got only a file and polish although it was advertised as a pedicure, and I paid £22 for it, while a file and polish can be gotten for 10. A few small changes could make this a much better place.
