The technician was lovely personality wise. The downside was that my polish rubbed off the same evening as it hadn't dried properly. Also the technician did not spend long exfoliating during the pedicure. My feet felt smooth due to the moisturiser that had been applied but after showering there wasn't much improvement and I had to have the skin removed once again.
