The staff were pleasant and polite and the end result was good however I was not impressed with the waxing process. I had Lycon wax which I’ve had many times before at my usual salon which was shut today, however it seemed as though the beautician kept trying to remove it on multiple times before it was fully dry. She said it was the temperature of the room that meant it was not solidifying properly however in that case they need to sort it out. It took many attempts to pull off the wax making it quite painful and lengthy, and meaning she had to go over the same area multiple times. It took 30+ mins for my wax when usually it takes 15 only. When using hot wax to tidy up the sides, the same piece of cloth was used multiple times which I also find unhygienic and ineffective. I did complain at the end and said I was not very happy with the experience and they gave me a £5 voucher however I would not come back here again sadly.

The staff are what make Secret Oasis a wonderful place to visit. I've tried several nail salons in Fulham, but I always come back to SOS.
