Deep tissue was amazing, as usual! FIlipa is by far the best masseuse I've come across. She's really skilled at her job and makes you feel very comfortable. 5 stars!
I could have lived without the facial... A beauty therapist came into the room after the massage and gave me an unknown facial. She didn't say anything throughout the treatment about the products used on my face, nor did she engage with me to figure out what my skin needs were. Her technique felt very sloppy as I walked out with moisturiser on my eyelashes and in my nostrils. I will not come back for a facial again. 1 star.
