Very quick and efficient, however I don’t think the wax was hot enough this time. I asked the beautician and she said it was fine, but then had to go over a few bits. Usually a very good wax.

Body exfoliation treatment was lovely. The salon itself is average, waiting area not especially relaxing or inviting. Following my shower, I had to walk back through this public area for the moisturising bit. How to use shower not explained appropriately and shower not terribly luxurious.
