I've been visiting here for four years, and Kiki is always wonderful as a specialist, but the hygiene levels of the saloon are becoming a concern. I noticed rust on the tools, and I'm not sure if they were adequately sanitised. The nail dryers appear to have not been cleaned regularly, with dirty markings all over them, and the desks are dusty, so I believe the owner should pay more attention to the saloon's cleanliness quality.

Unfortunately, we agreed on 3 focus areas at the beginning of the appointment. She was lovely but didn’t do 2/3 areas - I’m a fairly regular). I did discuss this with her at the end and she apologized, said she forgot because it was the end of day.
