Felt very unwelcomed no customer service blow dry was almost what I had when I walked in. No offer of Tea or coffee eventually I asked for water came in a wine glass dripping wet. Far from the luxurious experience I thought it would be. Felt robbed of £38.00. Won’t be going there again.
